Our services do not end upon deployment of the hired worker. Our communication is open 24/7. Official inquiries will be answered during office hours; phone calls, e-mails and mobile phone messages will be answered the soonest possible time. Within the agreed period of probation or test of the workers’ capacity, continuous monitoring is done and problems are attended immediately. Overseas Officers visit work sites and communicate with the employers and employees if necessary to maintain good relation and further develop the process of filling up manpower requests.
Worker(s) proven to be UNFIT, whether it is physically, emotionally or mentally, or found to be incapable of his job, during the guarantee period, shall be repatriated at the expense of our Company.
Other services that would be found necessary and beneficial to the clients/principal will be given highest consideration and taken into action if possible.
